Rooted in the pelvis. Guided by wholeness.

Attune Bodywork is a holistic practice centered in pelvic health and grounded in the belief that the body holds both our stories and our capacity for repair. Through trauma-informed manual therapy, massage, and energetic work, Abby supports women in restoring balance to the nervous system, releasing stored tension, and reconnecting to strength, stability, and ease.

MIND

How we think, what we believe, and how we perceive directly impact our bodies on a cellular level.

BODY

The pelvic bowl—made of muscle, bone, fascia, nerves, and blood—supports the spine and hips, stabilizes the core, supports pelvic organs, aids elimination, and is essential for movement and sexual function.

SPIRIT

Our spirit, our soul, our energetic body are the seat of consciousness, creativity, and purpose.

Allow me to support your awareness and embodiment. Allow our work together to remind you that you are not alone, you are not broken, you can heal.

My practice honors every age, body, and gender identity, with sessions shaped by trust and meaningful connection. Please note the office is upstairs on the second floor. If ADA accommodations are needed, reach out directly so we can plan accordingly.

Grounded in Experience, Guided by Connection

I am a healer guided by intuition and authentic connection. As a social worker and licensed massage therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed pelvic floor manual therapy, I create a steady, supportive space for healing. Shaped by both professional training and personal experience with pelvic health challenges, my work honors the body as an ecosystem of history and pattern. Through craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, somatic holds, energetic clearing, and deep listening, I invite a collaborative process that reconnects pelvis, heart, and mind.

“As a woman in this masculine world I have never given much thought to my pelvis/womb and how much energy it carries for us, through Abby’s body work and guidance I have since been able to ground into my inner self through and now even give myself massages when I am feeling tight or vulnerable.  The experience genuinely led to a greater and more compassionate understanding for myself as a woman and my relationship to my body and what it holds.”
